From when we were greeted at the private car park by Tina and to our time of departure all the staff were so friendly and helpful. When we were departing before breakfast they even arranged a little packed breakfast for us to take away with us. The room was lovely (amazing shower). The location was brilliant and right in the middle of everything. Great WIFI and breakfast.

The rooms are beautiful, exactly how they look on their website. We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were extremely helpful. They even packed us a lunch each as we had some early tours booked and we were going to miss our complimentary breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend Studios No.81 Rooms to everyone!

Breakfast had good choices and breakfast service was great; rooms were clean and comfortable (although lacked storage as per most European hotels), location could not be beat and all the staff were terrific. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel front desk staff are all delightful and Steven, their on call helper, picked up at the airport, walked us to the ferry in the early morning, and will usually walk you where you need to go so you don’t get lost, and generally makes your stay even more enjoyable.

Staff were amazing and very friendly, location is smack dab in the middle of the Diocletian palace and walking distance to the best parts of Split. Breakfast was great with lots of variety of foods to choose from. Noise from the busy tourist area was isolated thanks to thick windows which was appreciated.

The central location is perfect. The cobbled streets are full of the days buzz but you could not hear this with the quality of the windows when you chose to take a siesta! – Very peaceful night sleep with very good quality linen etc. Good quality and beautifully fitted spotless bathroom – Staff were great too

Super friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. Great recommendations from the lady at check in concerning where to visit and where to eat. The room we had was lovely. Tastefully decorated and spacious. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. It’s right in the middle of the old Palace so it’s excellent for sightseeing. There is also a lovely restaurant next door. The breakfast was also very good. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Even before the trip I got some emails from the staff with both information and questions if we needed help to find the location. Mails where answered quickly.
We did find the location without help and when we arrived the staff was waiting in the door and showed us the second location (as we should stay in their annex). Very friendly staff that answered all questions promptly and gave us suggestions for restaurants.
Room was excellent and luxury. Breakfast was perfect and the morning staff was cheerful.
As we had a late bus there where no problems in storing the bags after checkout that we could pick up a couple of hours later.

Prime location. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff that arranged a taxi from the airport, and gave us helpful tips to navigate the city. The room was spotless and modern, which contrasted nicely with the medieval stone walls and wood beams. Breakfast was delicious as well. Can’t recommend Villa Split enough.

Villa Split is in an ideal location within the old palace walls. We were met by a staff member at the carpark and escorted to the old town on foot so it made finding everything really easy. Lovely and helpful staff with a great spread for breakfast. Thank you!
